Wayne Poulos, the director of EzyFresh Fruit and Veg, is a seasoned industry veteran with over 35 years of experience. Having always lived in Wagga Wagga his deep-seated connections with local growers and astute understanding of major markets make him a trusted provider of top-tier fresh produce. Wayne’s relentless dedication and long-term relationships with local and national growers ensures that EzyFresh remains a premier destination for wholesale buyers seeking the finest fruits and vegetables. At 23 Years old Wayne with a young family started “South Wagga Markets” a local Vegetable Store with a strong focus on Quality Fruit and Vegetables here in the Riverina. After building relationships with the best growers and market suppliers Wayne Partnered with his Father and Brother Andrew and Darren Poulos to set up a 2500sqm factory with state-of-the-art processing equipment. They quickly secured contracts with national brands such as “Kraft Heinz Company” supplying processed Vegetables for their baby food product range. Since then, EzyFresh has been the trusted supplier of Heinz and many other major food supplier companies nationwide.

EzyFresh was established in 1985 by Andrew Poulos, producing fresh-cut and frozen chips for local markets. Within 5 years, the range of products extended to the full range of fruits and Vegetables, and Andrew was joined by two of his sons, Darren, and Wayne, as they began to serve major and smaller customers in a national market.
Today EzyFresh is a third-generation company that operates a large, state of the art facility in Wagga Wagga, NSW with 20+ Staff. Currently producing 1,400 tonnes of fruits and vegetables annually for our local and National Clients. EzyFresh prioritises customer service, reliability, and competitive pricing, whilst supporting Australian growers and businesses. Our vision is to become Australia’s leading supplier of high-quality, locally sourced processed and wholesale produce by working closely with our clients to tailor our services to the ever-evolving food industry.
